Parasaurolophus is a large herbivorous dinosaur that lived in North America about 76 million years ago, during the Late Cretaceous period. It could reach 10 meters in length and is distinguished by its long, hollow, backward-curving crest.
Interestingly, this crest was likely used to emit low-pitched sounds for long-distance communication, as well as to impress rivals or attract mates. Its unique silhouette made it one of the most famous hadrosaurs.
The Parasaurolophus Papo figurine faithfully reproduces this spectacular dinosaur: long crest, textured skin and realistic posture. An ideal model to complete a dinosaur collection and travel to the heart of prehistory.
