The Iguanodon is one of the first dinosaurs discovered and described by scientists. This herbivore lived in Europe around 130 million years ago, during the Early Cretaceous period, and reached 10 meters in length.
Interestingly, it had a spine-like thumb, used for defense against predators. It could also move on both fours and bipedal positions, a rarity among herbivorous dinosaurs.
The Papo Iguanodon figurine faithfully showcases this historic dinosaur: robust silhouette, realistic texture, and vivid posture. An ideal model to complete a dinosaur collection and travel to the heart of prehistory.
