Lancelot du Lac, son of King Ban de Benoïc and Queen Elaine, was an outstanding knight. Noted by King Arthur for his many talents, he was invited to court and became one of the Knights of the Round Table. Over time, he formed a strong friendship with the king, who entrusted him with the legendary quest for the Holy Grail.
