Knight of Malta figurine

The Knight of Malta was a crusader who belonged to the religious order of the same name. All its members, noble by birth, wore a black cape adorned with a white cross. From the 16th century onward, the Knights of Malta organized the defense of the Maltese archipelago by building several fortifications.
