Templar Figurine

The Order of the Temple is a Christian military order that emerged in the context of holy war and the Crusades. Its members, the Templars, were of diverse origins and backgrounds and their mission was to accompany and protect pilgrims on the road to Jerusalem. Their membership in the order and in Christianity was symbolized by the famous red cross of the Templars.
