Penelope, what motivated you to accept this partnership with Papo to create these figurines in your image?
First of all because I find that the figurines are very well made, very realistic and with attention to detail. And then, it's great to know that children will be able to play and use their imaginations by creating beautiful adventures!
Can you tell us your story with Papo? Did you have any Papo figurines when you were a child?
I didn't play with Papo figurines myself, but my daughter, Eden, was crazy about them! If I had listened to her, she would have had absolutely every figurine in her room! She could play with them for hours, inventing lots of stories and dreaming!
As a renowned rider, what values and qualities do you hope to convey through these figurines?
I would say first of all the love of animals, the love of horses and then the beautiful stories we can experience with them. Whether it's Mylord, Flora, Qimbaya or Blacky, who each have their own figurine, they have all taken a very important place in my life or that of Eden. If I can pass these ideas on to children, that would be great!
What message would you like to send to the children who will play with these figurines and to the parents who will buy them for them?
Children, have fun, dare to invent the most beautiful stories and take them to your pony club to play in the straw next to your favorite pony!
Parents, you have something to rest a little, your children will be very busy!
