American Bison Figurine

Reference 50119

€9,95

Massive and powerful, the American bison is the largest land mammal on the North American continent. Easily recognizable by its impressive muscular hump, massive head, and thick fleece, it has long been a symbol of the Great Plains and Native American culture.

Once threatened with extinction, the bison has now regained its place thanks to conservation programs. Capable of running up to 60 km/h despite its imposing size, it lives in herds that move with the seasons in search of pasture. Surprisingly, in winter, its thick fur allows it to survive freezing temperatures, even when covered in snow.

This Papo figurine faithfully captures the power of the American bison: detailed fur, curved horns, and a robust silhouette. An ideal model to complete a wildlife collection, invent adventures on the Great Plains, or educate children about species conservation.
